Forecast, rain within the hour and weather alerts, straight from Météo-France.
In review v0.5.0
Météo-France publishes no documentation for its API, but the one behind its mobile app is open: the same one used by Home Assistant's official Météo-France integration. This app draws from it a live reading (real temperature, wind, pressure), today's and tomorrow's forecast, cloud cover hour by hour, rain within the hour minute by minute, and weather alerts for nine phenomena, well beyond flood or wildfire alone.
A widget is a tile you place on a Homey Dashboard: it shows its information without your having to open anything.
Hourly forecast 210 px tall
The next 12 or 24 hours in columns: the hour, the weather, the temperature, cloud cover as a gauge and rain when there is some. Midnight is marked with a line.
Forecast 262 px tall
The current weather and its temperature in large type, today's high and low, then a strip of three to seven days from tomorrow.
Flow cards
Homey writes an automation in three parts: when something happens, and if a condition holds, then do this. Anything on a lighter background, such as radius, is a parameter you set in the Flow. Every condition also exists in its negative form, which Homey flips with one click.

What's new
Version 0.5.0
Météo France 0.5.0 brings a new hourly forecast widget and a few improvements to the existing forecast widget.
Hourly forecast widget: the next 12 or 24 hours, with temperature, cloud cover and rain hour by hour.
Town picker with search: in both widgets, you now choose the town from a list instead of relying on the first one found.
Common layout: both tiles show the category, the town name, then the values and details, easier to read at a glance.
Very cold weather: temperatures down to −50 °C stay readable in the tiles, even on a narrow column.
Add the Hourly forecast or Forecast widget from your dashboard, pick one of your Météo France towns in its settings, then choose 12 or 24 hours (or the number of days) and a background: deep blue, slate, plum, forest or sand.
