Privacy Commitment

Protecting your personal data is an absolute priority. AetherUnifi is designed to fully respect your privacy. No personal data is collected, sold or shared for commercial or advertising purposes.

Data Collection and Storage

All AetherUnifi data (preferences, traffic history, monitored devices and configured thresholds) is stored locally in the app's container on your Mac.

AetherUnifi connects directly to the UniFi controller you configure on your local network. The app does not use any Cloud sync: Rapinology receives no device names, IP or MAC addresses, or traffic measurements.

Tracking Data and Third-Party Tools

• No trackerThe app does not integrate any third-party analytics tool (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.).
• No advertisingThe app contains no advertising network and no cross-app advertising tracking (no use of the IDFA framework).

Image Processing and Artificial Intelligence Features

If the app offers image analysis or visual recognition features, this processing is performed locally on your device using Apple's built-in technologies (Core ML, Vision). Your images are never transmitted to third-party servers.

Diagnostic and Crash Data

If you have agreed to share diagnostic information with developers through Apple, anonymous crash reports may be sent to us via Apple App Store Connect. This data is purely technical and can never be used to identify you.

Your Rights and Data Deletion

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you retain full control over your data:

• DeletionRemove the app and its container, then delete the AetherUnifi entry from macOS Keychain to erase the stored API key.
• NotificationsNotifications can be disabled at any time in your Mac's System Settings.
